Table d'hôtes : every evening except Sunday & Wednesday
Our breakfast, included or optional, consists of :
fruit from the garden
fresh fruit juice from the garden
organic and / or homemade jams
organic bread, and cakes (gingerbread, cheesecake ...)
Do not hesitate to share your wishes with us, we will try, as far as possible, to satisfy them.
Our cuisine is a mix of traditions from the West Indies, France and Europe.
Be greedy and curious, immerse your taste buds in a fricassee or a colombo.
Awaken your senses with a “Féroce” cod recipe.
Savor our homemade sorbets made with fruits from the garden, as well as our homemade coconut sorbet!
In order to offer you a quality menu, with the best seasonal products, we invite you to book 24 hours in advance.
La table d'hôte est un repas, identique pour tous, qui est pris ensemble, autour de la même table avec nous. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'un restaurant.
Options upon your arrival :
Helping you and making your arrival in Guadeloupe easier is important to us. We offer two options on arrival that will give you time to organize and understand the surroundings.
Option table d'hôtes dinner on arrival day : from 25 € / person. Nothing better than putting your feet under the table after a long haul flight!
Breakfast option the next morning (only for cottages and the loft) : 10 € / person. It is always easier to stock up the next day.
